OUR STORY

Our mission is to share life's simpler pleasures: naturally leavened bread.

We achieve our bread with wild yeast, the best-in-class ingredients, and an extra-long ferment. 

The 24 hour+ fermentation helps with digestion, reduces the bread's glycemic index, and transforms the taste.
